A Rajasthan government official on Saturday said that the Congress government in the state stands for development, dedication and dialogue and not for ‘rioting’ and ‘misbehavior’ as alleged by Union Minister Amit Shah.
Lokesh Sharma, Officer on Special Duty to Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot, said this in response to Shah’s allegations that the Congress government in the state was victim of riots, and oppression of women and Dalits.
In a tweet, Sharma said, “Amit Shah ji, you are right. Rajasthan has a 3D government. D- Vikas, D- Samarpan, D- Samvad.”
He said that the Rajasthan government is dedicated to every individual. He said that be it budget, health or any social security scheme, every major decision is taken through dialogue.
Sharma said, “Amit Shah should know that Vasundhara Raje did not even communicate with her ministers and MLAs, while Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot directly communicates with the public.”
Addressing party workers at a booth mahasammelan in Bharatpur district, Shah said, “Rajasthan has a 3-D government and the three Ds stand for ‘dange’ (riots), ‘dabhavyaar’ (abuse). Women and ‘Dalit’ Atrocity.”
