At 9 pm, the procession started from Gurdwara Raid Mandir, passing through the main roads of the city, ended at Subhash Chowk Mandir.

On the birth anniversary of Lord Jhulelal Chetichand, a procession was taken out on behalf of the Sindhi community in Barmer on Thursday night. The 1072nd birth anniversary procession of Lord Jhulelal took place with great fanfare at Gurdwara Road Pujya Lal Sahib Mandir. After passing through the main road of the city, it ended at Subhash Chowk temple. Different tableaux took part in the procession. Each tableau was unique on the decorated tractors. People kept walking in front of the tableaux singing other hymns including Ayo Lal Jhoole Lal.

All the establishments were kept closed by the merchants of Sindhi community on Chetichand. After day-long programs, the procession left from Gurdwara Road Jhulemal Temple at around 9 pm, passing through Station Road, Gandhi Chowk, Purani Sabzi Mandi, Dhani Bazar Pratapji Ki Pol, Majisa Temple and concluded at Subhash Chowk Temple. At the forefront of the procession, youths were seen dancing to the tunes of DJ. Arrangements have been made to welcome the procession and refreshments at various places along the way.

In the procession, religious, social and educative tableaux that brought awareness to the society, decorated in tractors, groups of people dressed in colorful clothes were walking while dancing dandiya to the tune of band instruments and drums and shehnai. Along with the religious, social and business organizations of the society, the procession was welcomed by putting up toran gates and decorating the markets. The city is being decorated by the temple committee with red flags, welcome gates, banners of good wishes, colorful lights and ferries.
